Always a good experience this far. Took care of a super early caught failure in my system and had it repaired and warrantied in 3 days flat.
Unfortunately this dealership over charged for my inspection and gave me a truly ridiculous quote for the cost of repairs. I’ve spoken to several other shops in the area who agree that the quote was rather ridiculous. I know dealerships are generally expensive places to get your car worked on but this was on another level. Would not recommend

I have had terrible time with this service center. Sold me a $80 thousand dollar car and then take forever to work on it. Last year the told me the wouldn’t look at it for 7 months because I had progressive insurance. I have just recently taken it in for a coolant leak and they had it for 3 weeks. First they tried to charge me for 2 different diagnostics ($200 each). We have been looking for a mid size SUV for a while, checking out many different ones. We drove on the lot to check out the Cadillacs and decided they were too big. Evan Bangert approached us and ask if we needed help. We told him what we were looking for and he said he had something he thought we would like. He showed us the Chevy Traverse and we bought it!!
I scheduled an oil change for our 2025 Suburban. From my first call to schedule the appointment (which I was able to get the same day) to dropping off and picking the vehicle up the same day, the staff could not have been friendlier and more courteous. And my experience is not isolated to this service appointment. Ressler Chevrolet and Toyota stand above the rest in terms of service after vehicle purchase. If you ever need a vehicle, this is the place to go.

Brad in the service department is always so helpful and stops everything he's doing to help me whenever I call or stop in. He does a great job at finding a solution to my issues when they arise. I typically don't like dealing with car dealerships but since I've met Brad he's made it a very nice experience and I truly appreciate that. If I could leave more than 5 star review I'd give him 1000/10 because he deserves that.
