Staff was friendly. The service was quick. But my new windshield was left with micro glass shards all over the exterior and the interior was covered with hand prints and suction cup prints.
Didn't fix one of the problems
I drove away from Ressler with smoke rolling out of my engine bay. After a simple oil change my new truck was left with oil all over everything. You sent a guy out to my house to clean it up, but all he did was scrub the valve cover and clean up the oil filter, which has oil blowing out from the gasket. He told me, "That always happens. We have used Danhoff Service dept for years! In the past, other Ressler service dept diagnosed thousands of dollars of work that were declared "unnecessary" but a 2nd opinion. So we are Danhoff customers until CJ & Ken retire. They both deserve raises by the way, amazing customer service and keep our 4 Turo Suburban on the job!
Kensi was great. My truck was ready when promised and she even had it shuttled over to Ressler Detail so that when I picked it up, the truck looked and drove perfect.

I purchased a truck and Anika was the sales person. She was knowledgeable, listened to me about what I wanted and was low key. No pressure at all. I purchased the vehicle late in the day and although her shift ended, she rearranged her schedule so she could be there through the entire transaction process.

Quick and easy with appointments
The whole experience was professional and my vehicle was worked on in timely fashion!
Had corvette for 3 weeks before finding out that problem was just what I told them when I brought it in. Before going to dealership, I had spent over 350 on detailing, but when I got it back, I had to vacuum, wash and wax it again. Disappointing.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They took good care of my truck and did a great job fixing things and keeping me in the loop the entire time.
Mike Dyksterhouse is an amazing person very knowledgeable, genuine. He will be retiring soon so I decided to trade my truck before he fully retires.
Danhof motors is the best customer care ever, a testament to days gone by when the customer was the most important and there was a community spirit seeking to serve and help each other.

Being prepared to "do whatever it takes" to alleviate a transmission shudder, I booked an appointment and patiently waited for the day to arrive. I'm very thankful I did as the team was able to diagnose the issue and provide a same day remedy. Upon check out and final billing my worst-case scenario fears were alleviated, and I was even able to use a discount coupon that I had previously received in the mail. The entire team and process was terrific with a special shout out to Mike Gilbert, thank you all!
The staff at Ressler Chevrolet were, as usual exceptional in their service and professionalism. They went the extra mile to make sure that my buying experience was enjoyable. I especially like their no "dicker" policy, where the price of the vehicle is clearly stated and all of the "offer, counteroffer" nonsense, that I have always considered a waste of time, is avoided. Ressler is the only dealership that provides free rides for customers. They are honest and fair. Will order future vehicles from them.
Terrible service. Every negative stereotype of a car dealership is 100% true here. Waited a month for a warranty appointment for a known problem, then when they finally got the truck in, they weren't able to get the part for 2+ months. $1000/month payment & no access to my truck for 2+ months. And they just don't care.
