I had asked for information on how a couple of my systems were doing and I got good information including timing and pricing of potential repairs. I was also thrilled with the little things - communication from Troy was excellent and they re-set the "oil life" indicator on my car which is annoying if it's not done! Thank you!

Great people here! My easiest car purchase to date. TJ listened to what we were looking for and provided several options. He was also very knowledgable on different rebate offers running at the time. One we were able to use which is always a bonus. Ben was very helpful in answering questions. Even when he was out of the office, he responded to one of my question emails to let me know and connect me with someone who could help while he was out. Super impressed. You can tell they are a team over at Ressler Motors.
I made an appointment in November for 1/15 and listed all services needed at that time. Ressler took three days to complete simple oil change, seat heater repair and speedometer calibration because there was no plan in place prior to arriving to perform the speedometer work. Also no proactive call from the service rep to tell me when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Unacceptable. I have trusted and relied on Ressler for years and watched service deteriorate over the last 4 or 5 years to the point where you are truly second rate.
We have had excellent experience with Ressler Chevrolet in Bozeman. We have purchased multiple vehicles and had very good, friendly and responsive service from the sales as well as the service departments. Alana in Accessories goes above and beyond. We needed some help and she responded right away and secured what we needed and had it installed why we wait. She is one of our favorite people at Ressler. She does an incredible job.
I feel the red carpet was rolled out for me during my purchase of vehicle and when I had a concern with it last week. The General Manager, Service Manager, and Shop Foreman went out of their way at the end of a work day to help me get my truck to Ressler for inspection. There was a rental vehicle ready if needed. Service like this is non existent in Bozeman these days. I am more than grateful for the superior service and professionalism.

As soon as an error message appeared I pulled into Resslers service center. Kensi got my truck right in to be looked at. Problem took a couple of days to diagnose and remedy but got it done.
Went in for some routine, scheduled service on the Volt, turns out they were backed up a couple of days. They gave me a new Caddy EV to use. Very fun to see how the new EVs perform. Charging at home now. Thanks!

Kensi was my service advisor and she helped out tremendously. I was at work when my truck was being worked on so communication was a bit difficult on my end. But anytime I had a question about the service being performed, she immediately answered. Was a quick service, had me out the same day it went in! Best experience I’ve had at a Chevy dealership!!

He explained everything about my vehicle from system updates, the warranty checks, the alert that was displaying, along with my oil change and tire rotation. Awesome service! On vacation in Yellowstone, from Vancouver BC, our 2017 Silverado started to have misfires. We made it to Ressler Chevrolet, the closest chevy dealership. Once there, Misti was very helpful with our issues and 3 hours later we were back on the road, issues fixed and for a reasonable price. Many thanks to all the team !

Tanner and the rest of the Team did a great job of getting us a great car after our old car broke down. They gave us a nice Tahoe loaner car when we had to spend the night to wait for the bank to open the next morning.
