My husband and I are on a month long road trip from So Cal. We stopped in Bozeman to stay a few days with friends. Woke up this morning to a dead battery. We went to Ressler Chevrolet to check our vehicle out because our electrical system was not working correctly and wanted to make sure it was going to be ok to finish the last half of our trip.

From the first appointment for a diagnosis of the problem, the service team was excellent. Diagnosed the issue , followed by an understandable explanation. I asked many questions. The service rep answered all my questions with confirmation from the mechanics. Work was done quickly . Highly recommended.

Better. Great customer service. Diagnostics could improve. Who doesn't deep clean oil soaked engine first to find "multiple leaks" first step? Would've saved us an immediate 2nd return service trip.
They were able to schedule us in while traveling through Bozeman MT. We just needed a oil change but had other concerns, Service advisor Mr Jacobs listen to my concerns and resolved the problems

I needed some warranty work done on my Chevy Traverse. I like that I was texted the name and phone number to contact while my car was being worked on. I was able to communicate with that person during and after the repair. I felt this experience was well organized from start to finish. The car was very clean after and the seat was protected with a plastic cover. I appreciated the extra care taken.
Kenzie was very friendly and kept me updated on the status of the work being done on my vehicle. Great place to have all things on Chevy and GMC done!

Unfortunately this dealership over charged for my inspection and gave me a truly ridiculous quote for the cost of repairs. I’ve spoken to several other shops in the area who agree that the quote was rather ridiculous. I know dealerships are generally expensive places to get your car worked on but this was on another level. Would not recommend

I live 2 hours away with at least 3 dealerships closer. Ressler typically has a better selection and better pricing, so for me the drive was worth it. I worked with Jim on my last vehicle and was great to work with again.
